Terms and conditions

  1. Kalbis for Communication terms and conditions:
    1. The Client will receive account information for The Cambridge Learning Management System (LMS) no later than 15 working days after performance of the test to determine the level of English-language ability;
    2. Start of the course is considered to be the day the account information is sent to the client;
    3. Log in, moderator consultations and participation in Kalbis club is only available for the period you prepaid (3 ,6 or 12 months);
    4. Kalbis club takes place at the participating libraries. It is organized if there are 10 or more clients who have confirmed their participation. Otherwise, an online English club via Skype is organized;
    5. The Client can freely choose the library in which he wants to participate in Kalbis club. You can find the schedule of the closest Kalbis club here www.kalbis.lt/anglukalboskursai
    6. Access to LMS is suspended at the end of the period a Client has paid for;
    7. One access code for LMS is valid for a maximum of one year;

    9. If you finish all the material (more than 120 acad. hours) before the end of the period you paid for, the service provider is not required to give you a new access code for the next level in the LMS;
    10. We are not responsible for technical error or malfunction of LMS. However, we will do our best to contact the Cambridge representative and solve the problem as soon as possible.
  2. Kalbis Studies terms and conditions:
    1. The Client will receive account information for Cambridge IELTS online academic blended learning course (IELTS/BLC) no later than 15 days after the required payment is received;
    2. Start of the course is considered to be the day the account information is sent to the client;
    3. The Client can use the IELTS/BLC for a period of 12 months from the day of joining (start of the course);
    4. The Client may plan the full consultation schedule with the help of our time planning manager . 1 consultation is 2 acad. hours (1 hour and 30 minutes);
    5. The Client who has purchased the full Kalbis Studies course has the right to 18 acad. hours of consultations including review and commenting on 6 writing tasks with individual consultations and advice;
    6. The Client must inform the service provider about his/her inability to participate in a consultation at least 2 workdays before the planned consultation, using the email address info@kalbis.lt or telephone +370 620 61437. Otherwise, the consultation is considered to have taken place;
    7. Service provider does not guarantee that the result from our mock exam will be the same as that of the official IELTS exam;
    8. We are not responsible for technical error or malfunction of IELTS/BLC. However, we will do our best to assist by contacting the Cambridge representative and helping to solve the problem as soon as possible;
    9. Internet connection is needed for all parts of this course. Service provider is not responsible for the malfunction of your internet connection;
    10. Before purchasing the Kalbis Studies course, please make sure that your internet connection is sufficient for consultations via Skype. You can find the the page for that at the www.kalbis.lt/ielts website, in the FAQ section;
    11. Sound-emitting device (for example, loudspeaker(s) or headphones) and microphone are needed for the course.
